We’re so lucky to have a President who knows everything about everything. Gosh, he’s even come up with a smarter way to pay doctors. Instead of paying by the procedure he will “reward” doctors who he determines are being efficient. You know, if it was anyone else we might worry that our quality of healthcare might suffer from such a practice. But since it’s Obama, who knows everything about everything, we’re sure he’ll use some sort of wizard magic to get it right. If only he had time to perform all the operations himself we’d live forever! Of course, he thinks operations are a waste of money … old people should just die … so that wouldn’t really work.
