Due to a weak El Nino, we are facing the coldest winter in a decade. This will mark the 11th year in a row that global temperatures have cooled. During that time, CO2 emissions have remained steady proving what we all know – global warming is load of crap. But no little thing like facts will get in the way of global warmists and their political agenda. Tomorrow Senators Kerry and Boxer intend to introduce a climate bill to congress. The bill is very aggressive and aims to cut CO2 emissions 20% by 2020. This would, of course, cripple industry in America while having no effect on the weather in any way. But crippling industry is what these power hungry idiots are all about. They want to ruin the private sector so everyone will have to look to DC for help. They wind up with all the control and power and that’s the real goal of supposed global warming. LINK

Sarkozy Mocks Obama: Naïve About Nukes
In politics on September 29, 2009 at 9:29 am
While America’s state-run media had nothing but universal praise for Obama’s apologies and pandering at the U.N. the Canadian press has been more balanced. The National Post ran this front-page story pitting Sarkozy’s realist view on nukes against Obama’s dangerous appeasement. Sarkozy called BHO out for ignoring the realities right in front of him concerning Iran and other rogue nations getting nukes. He called Obama naïve and dangerous – and he couldn’t be more right. It’s an upside down world when the Canadian press and the French President are more brave than their American counterparts. LINK
Prez Too Busy ObamaCaring to Worry About Afghanistan
In politics on September 28, 2009 at 4:58 pmObama said he wasn’t looking for victory in Afghanistan and it shows. General Stanley McChrystal is the commanding general in Afghanistan and he said he’s only been allowed to speak with BHO one time in the last 70 days. His calls for more troops are falling on Obama’s gigantic deaf ears. Seems he has time to do a dozen tv shows but no time for his constitutional gig as commander in chief. LINK
Prince Charles Tells People to Give Up Cars While Driving an Aston Martin
In politics on September 22, 2009 at 1:39 pm
Prince Charles is all worried about global warming. So much so that he’s imploring the people of his country that they should abandon their cars. Same doesn’t go for him, though. In addition to his Aston Martin he has two Jags, two Audis and a Range Rover. Just as the Obama administration does in America, he asks for sacrifices from the common folk while flaunting his own wealth. One set of rules for the privileged class and another for you. On the plus side, at least no one will take his call seriously. A prince needs his chariot, right? LINK
The Feud Continues: Mark Levin Calls Glenn Beck “Mindless”
In politics on September 22, 2009 at 9:58 am
Mark may have a grudge against Glenn but that doesn’t mean his criticism isn’t correct. Glenn was recently quoted as saying he thinks McCain would have been worse than Obama. Although conservatives are no fans of McCain, this is still a ridiculous statement. How could he possibly think our Marxist-in-chief could be better? It undermines everything else he says. Glenn is dangerous as a conservative spokesperson because he is so inconsistent. He shoots from the hip and you never know where he’s going to come down on an issue. His statement was mindless and kudos to Mark for calling him on it. LINK
Dave Matthews: Spouts WH Racism Nonsense
In politics on September 21, 2009 at 3:04 pm
That’s Dave up there showing us how big his brain is. For some reason a CNN reporter decided to ask Dave what he thinks about race relations in America. To which he replied “There’s a fairly blatant racism in American. I just see it everywhere.” The only example he can come up with is Joe Wilson saying “You lie!” It’s amazing how that little piece of fiction about his outburst being racial motivated has caught on in lefty land. Dave claims that wouldn’t have happened to Clinton cause he’s white. Matthews is also heralded by the CNN reporter because he “believes strongly in community.” Whatever that means. We’re so lucky we have washed-up rock stars to spout White House propaganda to the youth of America! LINK
Obama Did 5 Shows and The Big News? No News
In politics on September 21, 2009 at 10:47 amObama pulled one of his “historical” stunts again. He appeared on nearly all the major news shows in one day talking up Obamacare. The funny thing is that it doesn’t seem to have made bit of difference. People have made up their minds and the endless nattering from the prez isn’t helping. When asked whether BHO was overexposing himself a White House spokesman said no. They think that’s an “old media” idea and that it’s impossible to be overexposed into today’s fragmented media. Of course, their theory is dead wrong but aren’t all their theories? LINK
***Obama Lie of the Moment*** Illegals Won’t Be Covered
In politics on September 18, 2009 at 11:31 am
Any thinking American knew Obama’s promise that illegals wouldn’t be covered was just a ruse. And now we have proof. Sure, he can say illegals aren’t covered because he intends to make them all legal! He delivered a “legalize them now” speech this week adding “This debate underscores the necessity of passing comprehensive immigration reform quickly and resolving the issue of 12 million undocumented people living once and for all.” You can’t believe a single word this guy says. It’s all smoke and mirrors and lies. He can’t tell the truth about his plan because it would be soundly rejected. LINK
Conservative Uprising: Liberty & Tyranny sells a million, Rush’s ratings explode
In politics on September 17, 2009 at 3:00 pmMark Levin’s Liberty & Tyranny is the biggest non-fiction book of the year. Rush Limbaugh’s ratings are through the roof. Glenn Beck got Van Jones thrown out of office. ACORN is imploding. Hundreds of thousands of tea partiers marched on Washington. Congressmen are getting an earful at town hall meetings. ObamaCare can’t get out of the starting gates. After years of wandering in the wilderness of the George Bush years when conservatism was occasionally practiced but never preached, Americans are starting to wake up. And they’re doing it without the help of republican leaders. It’s a natural and spontaneous outgrowth of seeing the principals of the country threatened. Who would have suspected that the age of Obama would signal the re-birth of conservatism?
Jimmy Carter: Still Alive, Still Stupid
In politics on September 16, 2009 at 11:24 am
Every couple years Jimmy has to remind us all that he’s still among the breathing. This time he appeared in an interview to share his sage advice about race relations. He’s of the opinion that a “large majority” of the criticism aimed at Obama is racially motivated. Yeah, right. A majority of the country, including plenty of white folk, had no problem voting for a black guy for president. But now if they disagree with him that somehow makes them racists. Ridiculous. All this racist talk really reveals is that liberals see everything through the prism of race. They see color, not people. Jimmy Carter is a disgusting old fool that needs crawl back into the sewer from which he came. LINK
Charlie Gibson: Ignorant Fool or Lying Bastard?
In politics on September 16, 2009 at 9:15 am
If you’re not familiar with Charlie, that’s not surprising. He’s the anchor of ABC’s World News Tonight – which no one watches. Last week the White House sent out orders to state-run media to bury the ACORN prostitution story. They all obliged except for Fox News. Even with the media black-out, ACORN responded to the furor by firing the involved employees. The Census Bureau also felt the heat and formally severed their ties with ACORN. And republicans in congress are moving to have ACORN stripped from receiving any more government handouts. Despite all this, Charlie Gibson just laughed like an idiot when asked about the story. He claimed he had never heard anything about it and that it sounded like “cable fodder.” Is it possible that a network news anchor could be so ignorant? Hard to believe but considering how pathetic they are at their jobs we have to at least assume it’s a possibility. The only other explanation is that he is following White House orders and lying to cover up the story. Either answer is unacceptable but all too typical of what passes for mainstream news these days. ObamaCare Support Drops to Pre-Speech Levels
In politics on September 15, 2009 at 1:12 pm
Obama’s bounce from his speech last week has completely disappeared. Over a six day period, support rose to 51% but is now back to the pre-speech level of 45% with 52% opposing. Seems six percent of the population was temporarily snowed but came to their senses pretty quickly. As Rasmussen points out the major problem behind Obama’s push is that 68% of Americans are happy with the insurance coverage they have. They fear they have more to lose than gain with the changes Obama is proposing. LINK
Tea Party Blow-up: Mark Levin Vs. Glenn Beck
In politics on September 15, 2009 at 9:22 am
Glenn had been inching up the respect-o-meter. He occasionally stumbles into brilliance. Like the whole Van Jones thing. But man did he ever blow his coverage of the tea party march on D.C. Mark called him out for diluting the message of the marchers. They were there to rally against Obama’s lurch towards socialism, Obamacare and out-of-control spending. But Glenn took it upon himself to change their message at the last moment and say, “It’s not a march against Democrats. It’s not a march against Republicans. It’s a march against corruption!” Huh? Corruption? Really? Corruption of what by who? It’s just silly empty rhetoric. We’re up against a radical administration that wants to nationalize 20% of the U.S. economy. This is no time to lose focus. All you Beckers out there should take a break from his camera mugging for a couple weeks and check out Mark Levin’s show instead. You might actually learn something for a change.
Lookout Seniors: Obama’s Coming After Your Scooters
In politics on September 14, 2009 at 1:22 pm
On Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace, Democrat Senator Claire McCaskill said there would have to be huge cuts to wasteful Medicare spending. One example she used was for “scooters” for seniors. She decried the unregulated ads for them on tv. She said a lot of them are going to people who don’t really need them. Aren’t we so lucky to have politicians in DC who know what’s best for us? She went on to denounce the number CAT scans seniors receive as a waste of money, too. Over and over again this administration has shown their lack of empathy for seniors and targeted them for spending cuts. How much are Americans willing to give up so Obama can have his moment of glory? LINK
Joe Wilson to Obama: I’ll apologize when you do
In politics on September 12, 2009 at 12:46 pmWouldn’t you love to hear Joe Wilson stick it the president again? Just imagine the look on Pelosi’s craggy old face if he stood up in front of Congress and America and said the following:
“I have come under fire for accusing the president of lying. Yet, during his speech, he accused a sizeable portion of the American people of “lying” just because they have an honest disagreement with his approach to healthcare reform. This kind of vitriol coming from the president of the United States is not only distasteful. It is divisive, provocative and akin to hate speech. So what is behind this blatant double standard? Why are his accusations assumed to be more legitimate than mine? Should President Obama be given special privileges and allowances just because of the office he holds? According to the Constitution, the answer is no. Like me, he is a representative of the people, nothing more and nothing less. This sort of double standard may fly in the Latin American dictatorships Mr. Obama is so fond of but it will not stand in a country of equals. If my accusations are worthy of public censure then so are the president’s. I am formally calling on President Obama to apologize for his slander of the American people. When and if he does, I will follow suit.”
Was Obama’s Speech Hate Speech?
In politics on September 10, 2009 at 2:06 pmSarah Palin is on a roll. Her response to Obama’s healthcare speech is dead on. She points out how the prez tries to belittle those who disagree with him. Saying they’re not serious that they’re just “bickering,” playing “games” and trying to “score short term political points.” When the American people voice legitimate concerns he calls their accusations “bogus,” “irresponsible” and “a lie.” Obama’s arrogance is not only appalling, it reveals how he is filled with rage. If this kind of rhetoric was coming from the right they’d label it as hate speech. LINK
***Hero of the Moment*** Joe Wilson to Obama: YOU LIE!
In politics on September 10, 2009 at 9:19 am
It was all a bit too much for South Carolina Republican Joe Wilson. It’s one thing to hear the prez lie on tv but completely different when he is lying to your face. It was such an insult that Joe stood up and yelled “You lie!” He later apologized for his “emotions” getting the best of him but he shouldn’t. He was one congressman who was actually representing the point of view of his constituents. LINK
Sarah Palin to Obama: You want a plan? I got a plan.
In politics on September 9, 2009 at 1:09 pm
When you hear Obama say tonight that “the other side” doesn’t have a healthcare plan, you’ll be armed with the truth. Sarah Palin has once again hit the nail on the head with a plan that can be described in one paragraph instead of the thousands of pages congress offers up. Here it is in her own words:
Instead of poll-driven “solutions,” let’s talk about real health-care reform: market-oriented, patient-centered, and result-driven. As the Cato Institute’s Michael Cannon and others have argued, such policies include giving all individuals the same tax benefits received by those who get coverage through their employers; providing Medicare recipients with vouchers that allow them to purchase their own coverage; reforming tort laws to potentially save billions each year in wasteful spending; and changing costly state regulations to allow people to buy insurance across state lines. Rather than another top-down government plan, let’s give Americans control over their own health care. LINK
Obama’s Congressional Address: Same Speech, Different Message
In politics on September 9, 2009 at 10:09 amHe’s going to say his usual list of lies. He’ll say you can keep your current insurance plan if you like it even though new restrictions will put private insurance out of business in five years. He’ll say it doesn’t cover illegals even though the Dems refused to include language in the bill stating they are excluded. He’ll say there are no death panels even though boards will be set up to decide who is worthy of receiving treatment. So how is his message any different? He will also make it clear that the debate is over. He will no longer try to convince you. He agrees with Bill Maher that the American people are too stupid to know what’s best for them. Obama will declare himself the winner of the debate and shift from selling ObamaCare to implementing it. He intends for congress to vote on a bill before the end of next week. It will happen even if they have to go the nuclear option of having only 51 votes. We’re all fatigued from fighting for so long but we can’t let our guards down now. ObamaCare has to be stopped and only we can do it. LINK
Van Jones Resignation Proves Mainstream Press Is Irrelevant
In politics on September 9, 2009 at 9:09 amThe New York Times is so in the tank for Obama that it didn’t print one single word about the Van Jones controversy until his resignation. Outside of Fox News, no news networks reported the controversy ahead of time. Even after his resignation, they made excuses for Obama and blamed it on “right-wing racists.” But guess what? It made no difference. We got the truth out there and forced the president’s hand. And it’s not the first time. Last week the WH buckled instantly when the right wing blogosphere shed light on Obama’s fishy school speech questionnaire. They changed it within in a day. It all proves that the American people are more powerful than our unethical press and our scheming president. Keep up the good work.
Van Jones IS Barack Obama with a less disciplined mouth
In politics on September 6, 2009 at 8:51 pm
Glenn Beck exposed Jones and Mike Pence called for his resignation. They deserve a lot of gratitude. But let’s not be distracted from the real lesson. Obama has surrounded himself with likeminded people. Radical idelogues who are well versed in Sal Alinsky’s plan to remake America as a socialist country. Obama believes everything Van Jones believes he is just more disciplined about keeping his true agenda hidden. Don’t focus on Jones without linking him to the President because they are one in the same. LINK
BREAKING: Obama Thug Bites Finger Off Obamacare Protestor
In politics on September 3, 2009 at 2:03 pmCan you feel the love? Obama gets his organizin’ thugs all worked up. Tells them to get in people’s faces. Tells them to shout down town hall protestors. Tells them to hit back twice as hard. So what happens? People end up getting hurt. If you step back for a moment it really is an amazing set of circumstances. The president of the United States is purposefully drumming up hatred and violence by pitting different groups against each other. It just proves he is much more comfortable in his role as a community agitator than he is being president. LINK
Obama Everywhere: Coming to Congress and a School Near You
In politics on September 3, 2009 at 9:23 am
If Obama was smart he’d just lay low for awhile. We’re all so sick of his ugly mug. Every time he appears on tv his approval ratings drop another point. But they still believe all he has to do is stutter some vague lines and we’ll all swoon. So he’s making a speech to a joint session of congress to “take the reigns back on the healthcare debate.” Yeah, right. These type of addresses are usually reserved for state of the union addresses and emergencies like Bush’s speech to congress after 9/11. Of course, with approval ratings of 42% after 9 months, you could say Obama’s presidency is in a state of emergency. The second place Obama will appear next week is at every school across the nation. He’s supposed to inspire our kids to embrace their civic duties. Sounds harmless enough until you try to imagine what Obama’s ideas of civic duty might include. Enlisting in junior league of ACORN? The speech will be televised live this Tuesday at noon. All parents are strongly encouraged to pick their kids up from school early that day and take them to lunch. And try to work in a conversation about our founding fathers and the Constitution. We know Obama or the school would ever go near those. LINK1 LINK2
Obamacare Plan B: Public Option Incrementalism
In politics on September 2, 2009 at 7:41 am![]()
We won round one. Drudge reports that Obama has given up on the public option. But make no mistake. He still intends to have it – just not right now. He had hoped to come in on a wave of popularity and implement his socialist healthcare program all at once. But he made a strategic mistake. He arrogantly pushed through his supposed stimulus bill first and the public has had time to see that it is really just the biggest liberal spending boondoggle in the history of the world. So only 9 months into his administration his popularity has plummeted to 42%. That means he can no longer cram through Obamacare unchecked. The masses effectively stood up and stopped it in its tracks. That doesn’t mean that he has seen the error of his ways. He just has to find new ways to trick you. Plan B is to scrub the public option to get the bill passed and then put it back in the first chance they get. If you can’t get the whole pizza just steal a few slices now and then grab the rest while nobody’s looking. It’s all slight of hand and lies. Will enough of the American people fall for it? Will Plan B pass? We’ll just have to wait and see. LINK
Harry Reid to Newspaper: I hope you go out of business
In politics on September 1, 2009 at 9:07 am
Embattled Senate majority leader, Harry Reid is behind in the polls. He trails either potential republican rival. Does he blame his crooked land deals? Does he blame the radical leftist agenda he pushes? No, he blames the Las Vegas Review-Journal. Seems they had the audacity to disagree with him. As editor Sherman Frederick says, “It must be called what it was – a full-on threat perpetrated by a bully who has forgotten that he was elected to office to protect Nevadans, not sound like he’s shaking them down.” Mark Levin has promised to actively campaign against Harry in 2010. Let’s hope we send this slimeball back to the gutter where he came from. LINK
